MAXIMICE was founded by the well-known MICE-industry expert Elena Melnikova in 2006. The company was originally founded as a major player in the MICE-market, focused on working with Russian and multinational corporations, developing and implementing MICE-projects of any complexity anywhere in the world.
Event & Creative Department
In 2011, MAXIMICE strengthened its position in the live communications industry by establishing a creative department. Since then, classic MICE services have become part of a package approach to solving clients' communication tasks. The company has expanded its range of events with corporate parties, product launches, brand promotional events, forums and other creative formats. Further strong management decisions contributed to the company's success, such as creation of a unique project management service, introduction of customer service quality standards, as well as quality standards for working with suppliers and establishment of a separate company handling private enquiries from customer representatives.
TRENDSETTER IN MICE AND EVENT
By early 2020, the company was a member of the top 30 event agencies in the world according to Bea World (the only one from Russia), the winner of over 30 prestigious international and Russian awards, and an agency certified by the ARCA (Association of Russian Communication Agencies) and RAAR (Russian Advertising Agencies Rating). The company's annual turnover reached a record level of around 2 billion rubles.
HYBRID PROJECTS AND ONLINE PROJECTS
The coronavirus pandemic posed a new challenge to MAXIMICE, involving a complete ban on all events. However, the company continued to pursue its mission and offered the market effective online products, which proved themselves successful and began to actively conquer the market as early as June 2020. Thus, the difficult year of 2020 was probably the most successful in the company's history, as it resulted in both positive financial results and an agile transformation of the management structure. The team became more flexible and mobile, ensuring the success of overcoming the crisis became embedded in the corporate culture of MAXIMICE.
NEW COUNTDOWN: MICE, EVENTS, ONLINE, FORUMS AND CONGRESSES
In the current challenging times, a culture of overcoming helps the company to find effective solutions to customers' challenges, including new segments on the market. Thus, in 2022, MAXIMICE team organized a major state forum for innovative financial technologies FINOPOLIS with the participation of top finance officials in Russia. Today, MAXIMICE employs more than 80 full-time and about 20 part-time employees. The company develops all formats of live communications - events, online, MICE, forums and congresses, offering relevant products to clients that match today's environment. MAXIMICE is one of the top 3 in the "Event marketing" category according to the prestigious Adindex customer feedback rating. Creativity has become the philosophy and a mindset for its employees, both in terms of creating the product and finding ways to overcome current challenges.
