Logistical support

When you are with MAXIMICE you will be given complete logistical support all over the world.

  • Competent selection of the direction, development of recommendations (in accordance with the tasks, size and composition of the group).

Creative ideas and production

Talented and creative staff members work in Event & Creative Department. The Department has united in its staff high-qualified designers, experienced copywriters, professional writers-directors and producers (and, which is equally important, the graduates of the leading specialized higher education institutions as well as the prize winners of professional skills competitions).

The main services of the Event & Creative Department include:

  • Creative ideas (creation of concepts, texts, scenarios)
  • Design (development of logotypes, complete visualization of the project)
  • Production (video recording  of reports and preparation of video materials for the event)
  • Art management (booking, casting and further work with the artists, costumes, other stage property)
  • Directing and stage works (planning of the event concept, preparation of the show program)

Event & Creative Department works on creation of concepts for promotion of events, applies new efficient methods in the area of M.I.C.E. and Business Events.

Support of projects

Each event is unique. That is why its management requires special skills and in certain cases can differ rather heavily. The main services rendered by the Project Support Department include:

  • Professional coordination of the event
  • Arrival/departure accompanying services in the airports and railway stations
  • Coordination and control of all services (accommodation, food, conference, sightseeing program)
  • Coordination of transport services (control of transfers)
  • Technical assistance

The Project Support Department is a unique structure appeared in the Company in 2007. At that moment nobody rendered such service.

Outsourcing of regional events

The list of options of our Company includes outsourcing of the events of various scales and natures. We take under control the client’s projects from the regions of Russia and CIS countries, develop the event concept and carry out complete support of the project at each stage of its implementation.

We are willing to offer for the clients having branches and representative offices in the regions:

  • Direct participation in development of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Provision of an alternative choice in the course of cooperation with the regional representatives directed to optimization of the budgets for arrangement of events for an external client.

Quality control

In 2013 the Quality Control Department was established in MAXIMICE.
The tasks of this Department include:

  • Implementation and control over compliance with the standards of services for corporate clients
  • Analysis following the results of the arranged events
  • Consideration of complaints in regard to the quality of preparation and implementation of the event
  • Arrangement of awareness-raising workshops for the customers on topical subject-matters

Control over the service standards is the key task of the Department staff members. They monitor correctness of technological processes based on the standards approved in the Company at each stage of work on the project. Where necessary, they provide training of personnel and their following assessment and then control over preparation of the event and transition to its implementation.

International Events

MAXIMICE organizes a full range of activities within the hospitality program for corporate foreign groups from 1 to 5,000 guests:

  • creative concepts of staying in Russia, decorations, theatrical performances and technological shows
  • a demonstration of all the splendor of Russian culture, art, architecture and achievements
