Previously, the annual Forum "Exchange Commodity Market" was held only in offline format, but in 2020, the organizers were forced to conduct the forum entirely online. The main challenge of the project is the need to hold the attention of diverse external audiences, since the client (St. Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange) operates in different markets governed by different regulators. The protocol format of the forum also introduced obvious restrictions on the use of show technology and the special preparation of presentations by the highest-ranking speakers.
