A TEST OF TEAM SPIRIT

MAXIMICE implemented a full range of services for the organization of the client's summer cycle conference: logistics and transfers, site selection and booking, excursion programs, development of activities, professional project support.

We prepared an intense team-building program as a part of a long off-site event with a strong business element. The program was built around the main characteristics for which the destination is famous: hospitality, wine and cuisine, allowing participants to immerse themselves in its flavors and get to know the country's amazing traditions.

A VARIETY OF MASTER CLASSES WERE OFFERED: CULINARY (COOKING CHURCHKHELA, SHISH KEBAB, KHINKALI, BAKING BREAD), ART OF WINEMAKING. NATIONAL DANCES WERE TAUGHT. THE PARTICIPANTS WERE FULLY IMMERSED IN THE CULTURE ALONG WITH INTENSIVE TEAM-BUILDING PROCESSES.

The host-tamada brought up key corporate values (importance of teamwork, friendship, etc.) in beautiful toasts, and a folk music ensemble.

There was a photo and video shoot for a commemorative album and a video clip. Sports activities were organized in-between the various thematic tasks.

The event program was extremely busy, with the entertainment team changing the interactive zones every 20 minutes.

The day ended with a traditional meal, wine tasting and a unique Georgian polyphony.
