We were expected to:

  • smooth logistics for participants' travel through the business sessions
  • the development of a creative program
  • the creation of a high-quality memorable film about the event
  • vivid emotions and unforgettable experiences

MAXIMICE was able to meet all the expectations of Hilti in organising their annual conference, which was confirmed with a "certificate of outstanding partnership" and features such as "one of the best Kick Off Hilti in the world" and " indescribable emotions".

As part of the creative unit, we offered an international talent show format, where management and colleagues could look at each other from a different perspective and learn about new abilities - psychologists have long since proven that such properly directed abilities can be useful in solving professional challenges. More than 50 people from different countries took part in the event.

A LOT OF VIDEO PRODUCTION WAS PREPARED FOR THE EVENT: SCREENSAVERS, OPENING SPEECHES BY THE PARTICIPANTS, AND VIDEOS WITH THE CONTESTANTS. NUMEROUS MASTER CLASSES AND EVEN BOARD GAME TOURNAMENTS WERE PLANNED AND HELD AS PART OF THE PROGRAMME.

Another key feature of the project was its scale: a large group of participants (700 from various cities and countries), the change and use of several locations simultaneously (hotels, restaurants, conference venues).
