MAXIMICE was trusted to organize an offsite dealer conference, timed to coincide with the anniversary of the brand presence in the country. Our tasks included organization of all regional logistics and local transfers (3 airports, 5 railway stations), venue booking, accommodation participants and catering, as well as booking of conference halls and organization of coffee-breaks, rental of necessary equipment, technical issues control. An employee of the Project Support Department worked on the event.

ОA SEPARATE TASK WAS TO DEVELOP THE CONCEPT AND ORGANIZE THE GALA DINNER. A SCRIPT AND DESIGN VISUALIZATION WERE SPECIALLY WRITTEN FOR THE EVENT; WORKING WITH ARTISTS AND OTHER SUPPLIERS (PHOTO AND VIDEO SHOOTS, HOSTESSES), POS-MATERIALS WERE DESIGNED AND ARRANGED.
