EQUIFAX LEADERSHIP RACE

All casesMICE and logistics

MAXIMICE suggested the following approach for the creative concept: horse racing is not only an exciting spectacle, but also a real social event. Since the days of ancient Greece, this leisure activity has been a real thrill and has attracted crowds of loyal fans. Handsome stallions, crazy speed, unimaginable excitement as well as gallant jockeys - all this is still of interest today and can serve as a worthy media outlet. It's certainly not often you get a birthday invitation to a horse race!

Starting in the welcome area, guests were invited to become active participants in the program. The following activities were waiting for them: a photo booth with a dress bar, a jam-making workshop, a tea ceremony, hat-making, and an introduction to the art of the Torsedor.

Number of participants: 150
Awards: First place Golden Puzzle, Best Corporate Event up to 20,000 USD.
Category: Company birthday party
Client: Equifax/Banks, Insurance
Location: Russia, Moscow/Central Moscow Hippodrome

THE MAIN PART OF THE EVENT OPENED WITH A WELCOMING SPEECH FROM THE MANAGEMENT AND A VIDEO CLIP TELLING THE HISTORY OF THE COMPANY. THE PROGRAMME CONTINUED WITH A PARADE OF RIDERS AND THREE RACES.
DURING THE RACES, EACH GUEST WAS ABLE TO PLACE BETS ON THE BETTING MACHINES, AND BETWEEN RACES, THE HOST LED LIGHT INTERACTIONS WITH THE GUESTS.

The final race was followed by an awards ceremony for the winners of the sweepstakes and a raffle draw. Followed by a band performance and a discotheque.

Effectiveness of the project: A clever budget allocation was carried out, which ensured that not only the races and sweepstakes were held, but also that the interactive zones were incorporated into the program, becoming a great success.

Special feature: MAXIMICE has proposed a new tactic for birthday party's organizations, where the emphasis is not on praising the performance (no direct advertising; creating an informative occasion), but on actively engaging guests in the action. This is the best motivation for increasing audience loyalty.
