Project Collaborators:To make a program with the "reasonable extreme" elements for sophisticated participants to deep business contacts in the framework of informal communication. Kyrgyzstan was chosen as the direction.
MAXIMICE suggested extreme (trails, mountain gorges) Jeep tour with a sightseeing of historical sites (excursion blocks), and the beauties of nature, familiarity with the national colors, by participating in master classes and tasting of traditional dishes. And team building through joint participation in the unusual activity.


Implemented program


First day.

A group was met by accompanying person from the agency at the airport Sheremetyevo, who helped with check-in and accompanied the group within the project.

Arrival in Bishkek. Breakfast in the city.

Next, the participants will have a surprise: instead of "classic" trip from the airport to the hotel, followed by the accommodation, and then a standard conference, they will go to a jeep tour!

They will see a stunning wild beauty of Kyrgyzstan. The first 150km on Jeeps: Chon Kemin gorge, the ruins of the medieval city, the show Kyrgyz horse games.

Accommodation in a guest house. Dinner.

Then the conference, which takes place not in the format of a cold business communication, but full of emotions of the participants from first impressions.

Festive dinner. Overnight.

Second day.

The group continuous its trip on Jeeps - Boom Gorge (130km) mountain chain Terskey Ala-Too (100km).

During the day they will stop and have lunch in a Kyrgyz family.

The route follows along the southern shore of Lake Issyk Kul (130 km).

Hotel accommodation. Dinner. Overnight.

The third day.

Adventure continues: Karakol gorge, Sarah Jazz valley village "ghost" Inylchek (400km). And bathing in hot springs in the frosty weather around!

Lunch is not ordinary again - picnic.

Dinner in the hotel.

Fourth day.

City tour in Karakol: Dungan Mosque, the Orthodox Cathedral of the Holy Trinity, the Przewalski Museum. Lunch in the city.

Jeeps come along the northern shore of Lake Issyk Kul, through Semyonovskoe gorge, relic spruce forests to Cholpon-Ata (200 km).

Accommodation in a hotel for the night, dinner.

Fifth day.

Boat trip on Lake Issyk Kul, visiting a museum of petroglyphs, lunch in a national restaurant, departure to Bishkek.

Hotel accommodation. Dinner with folklore performances.

Sixth day.

Free time in Bishkek (walking around the city, visiting souvenir shops).

Arrival in Moscow.

Features of the project:

- the client has selected a very interesting direction which is not popular yet (not "developed" massively), so the agency has to take a high attention to quality of service and respect for the host country agreements;

- At such a heavy program of events, the main task was to follow it clearly
