It was necessary to implement both tasks of Client’s brief within the framework of the Moscow International Automobile Salon (MIAS 2016).
If the requirements to the conference-part were pretty standard and easy to implement, the work on installation of the stand assumed development of quite a limited space with a lot of elements. MAXIMICE Designers were able to offer a modern stylish design with maximum functionality of all elements. So 4 interactive zones, technical room and the reception were located at the stand, and it was provided an opportunity to demonstrate the extensive product line of the brand.
The main decoration of the exhibition space was a racing car Nissan GT exclusively presented (in a single copy). In the background of it, you could take a picture with the beautiful “Motulins” models (characters – the symbols of the brand).
It is noteworthy that participants of an interactive 5D zone "rode" a car at low speed - so it was realistic (as a rule, people, on a contrary, try to “crank up” on such simulations).
The conference participants waited to hear the speech of Motul company representatives and invited experts. The audience was interested in the material, asked lots of questions. At the end of the business part, it was arranged a tour of the stand - testing of interactive zones, inspection of demonstration samples, lottery and communication.
Then, a dinner with partners accompanied by musical program was also held in the Crocus City.
