MAXIMICE was the operator of the FINOPOLIS Financial Innovation Forum for the Bank of Russia
The tender to organize the FINOPOLIS Financial Innovation Forum for the Bank of Russia was won back in early 2020. However, the waves of the coronavirus pandemic have led to repeated postponements. After a midterm online version in December 2021, organized by MAXIMICE at the Radisson Collection Moscow ( Hotel "Ukraina"), the Forum finally took place in person.
In terms of the scale and an impact on the country's development, FINOPOLIS has become the number one project in the history of MAXIMICE and opened the way for us to enter a new industry - organizing significant governmental and industry events. We are grateful to the Bank of Russia for its trust and extensive assistance. In the course of the project, we created a single coherent team of the client and the agency.
The experience of the FINOPOLIS organization has demonstrated the value of involving reliable event agencies in the organization of public forums. A fresh look, creative instinct and the pandemic's habit of working in an environment of permanent change are paying off. In fact, a creative approach to any event led us and our client to the idea of demonstrating the development of Russian fintech in the format of an interactive urban space, where each visitor can get acquainted with the technologies of the present and future in a "natural environment". The only absolute condition for attracting an event agency is a well-developed structure and well-functioning business processes. MAXIMICE technologies developed for large MICE and event projects have been successfully scaled for the Forum as well.
