Client's Briefing: Organization of a global off-site conference with logistics and creative elements

A massive project just prior to the closure of the destination. Participants from 16 Central European countries met for the first time at the Dream Express Seminar 2015 at the Oriflame Global Conference in Egypt.
Lengthy, serious preparations (inspections and complex negotiations with suppliers on the location), logistics, organization of the conference, the team-building event, the welcome party (White Party) and the closing party (Egyptian themed), resulting in the following customer feedback:
