February shareholders’ meeting of 27Names company in Bratislava revealed certain trends in the development of modern event-industry and brands.
MaxiMICE and partners in the discussion with the European leaders in “living” communication sector have identified the main topics: actual tools for solving business problems of clients, efficiency of working with the audience in online and offline modes, ways of digitalizing information and processes. Discussion was supported by practice: the meeting participants worked on joint projects, exchanged creative ideas, shared their own know-how and cases checked during the past quarter.
How to improve marketing and event technologies? How to strengthen their effect and effectiveness? A “brainstorm” was conducted by one of the most famous representatives of the European event industry to search for answers to these questions, the coacher Kevin Jackson (founder of The Experience is The Marketing in the UK). As a result, participants developed a model of the “Agency of the Future” in the format of integrated communications, as well as its strategy and possible development plan. According to the idea, the Agency of the Future will use all possible channels and tools in interaction with the audience.
